Gite "Joini" of 39 m2 is separate and has a private terrace and a private entrance. The room is heated with electric radiators. On the ground floor there are a double bed (140 x 190), a dining table and a sofa. The kitchen is in a separate room, as well as the shower with separate toilet. There is a small double bed (120 x 190) on the mezzanine. All beds have already been made for you. Carefull with small children because of the mezzanine! A washing machine is available for guests. The use of the air conditioning is partially for your own account. The unit is equipped with a separate electricity meter. The first 10 € are included in the rent (enough for normal use). If you use more, than this will be charged separately (0.30 cents per KWh).
