House rules:

  1. Bath towels are not provided.
  2. We rent the gites including beds made.
  3. Your reservation is final after we have received a deposit of 50% of the total rent. The remainder will be paid 2 weeks before arrival.
  4. If you cancel up to 2 months before arrival, we refund the entire down payment. Up to 1 month in advance half of the down payment, up to 2 weeks in advance we do not refund the down payment. 
  5. Pets are not allowed.
  6. Smoking is only allowed outside.
  7. Payment is due for the whole booked period even if you arrive later or leave sooner.
  8. We strongly advise to contract an annulations insurance!
  9. We ask you to use water and air conditioning economically.
  10. You can rent the gites per day, with a minimum of 2 nights. In high season minimum is 5 nights.
