The swimming pool is only accessible by our guests who stay in both cottages. The swimming pool can be used from 10 am to 8 pm. Children without a swimming certificate can only have access to the swimming pool under the supervision of one of their parents.

La Bakénia is a 2-minute drive from a large shopping mall. Here you will find a wealth of shops, including a very good bakery, a huge Leclerc supermarket, a pharmacy, a Mc Donalds, KFC and a petrol station. 

At the swimming pool there is a covered terrace with a simple summer kitchen, a barbecue and a grill. This facility can be used free of charge in consultation with the owner. It can also happen that, depending on the weather, we organize a joint meal or some similar event.

We put various models of barbecues at your disposal that you can place on your own terrace.

La Bakénia is a 4-minute drive from the center of Villeneuve sur Lot, a cozy town with restaurants, a market twice a week, a cinema and even a theater. La Bakénia itself is rural, outside the city.

We do not ask for a deposit. We assume that in case of an accident we will settle the matter.
You can cancel free of charge up to 2 months before the date of arrival. After that, we will not refund the deposit of 100 €. Furthermore, the accommodation costs have to be payed for the entire reserved period, even if you come later or leave earlier. We strongly advise you to take care of a cancellation insurance yourself.

All beds are made, no need to bring your own bedding. You must however bring your own towels, washcloths and especially beach towels.

The cottages are equipped with the most basic things like pepper and salt, sugar, coffee and tea. The coffee maker is of the Senseo model. coffee pads are provided. We do ask to refill the used items.

In consultation with us you can do a laundry for 5 € including washing powder. The cottage has a drying rack.

The area is an excellent cycling area with quiet well-paved roads. So be sure to bring your bikes. We also have 2 bikes that you can rent. The bike and hiking route descriptions are already waiting for you. Walkers can also enjoy themselves.
